My work is for you - the woman who is a dormant volcano ready to explode with power, creativity and sensuality but there is a part of you still gripping on - unable to fully let go.

Through breathwork, voice opening, intuitive guidance and energetic alchemy, together we unravel the old patterns and reawaken the aliveness that has always been inside you.

I know this path because I’ve walked it - I know that longing for more, the ache as the heart cracks open and, feeling your skin grip tightly as your ego refuses to let go. My dark nights were long and they were many - a spiralling endless abyss. What got me through was mentorship, having heart-centered humans in my life who saw the real me behind the tears. 

My sessions are anchored in trauma-awareness trainings and lived experience. There is no rigid framework or expectations. Our time together is a living response to what is moving through your body and soul in that moment.

As a Projector 3/5 I see what others can’t and I hold space for all parts of you.
